I have recently just finished a book which made me see a whole different perspective of life. It was one of those 'self-care' books which I do enjoy reading, however this one was just more straightforward and too the point. I found myself applying my own issues that I have to the advice this author was providing. I walked away from this book feeling a lot more relaxed and calm about future plans and situations and just taking each day as it comes, without the need to worry.



I recomend reading these types of books once in a while. I know they are not everyones cup of tea and most people feel they dont feel the need to read these types of books in the first place, but I happen to believe that they act as a 'self-cleanser' if you wish. Its a way to once a month gather your troubled thoughts or life issues and to evaulate them and put them to bed sooner or come to terms with them a little easier. I have been doing this for over a year now, through one of the hardest years of my life so far and I noticed a difference in myself.
